where is all the cheese?

Dear cheese,

Let me just say, it’s not me, it’s you.

It’s you and your delicious cheesy ways.

Taunting me.

Throwing yourself on pizza and sandwiches.

Smothering macaroni with your goodness.

Teasing me.

Enticingly sitting there on grocery shelves.

Parading around with your friends in my fridge.

Daring me.

Featuring yourself on restaurant menus.

Greeting me in everyday recipes.

It’s just not cool.

NOT cool.

Not yours truly,

Seriously, giving up dairy, when you’re already gluten free, is killer.

Like, what is there to eat without cheese?

Um, nothing. All cheese missing food is gross.

Unless, of course, you hate cheese – then, consider our friendship over.

Anyway, I can’t wait. In just a month or two, I can slowly reintroduce dairy, specifically cheese.

I’m prepared.

I already have a foods list:

  • Pizza
  • Tacos
  • Chips and queso
  • Grilled cheese
  • Cheeseburger
  • Spaghetti with Parmesan cheese
  • String cheese
  • Cheesecake
  • Salad with cheese
  • Quesadillas
  • Cheese sticks

Ok. So, maybe I miss it a little too much.

But, what can I say? I like cheese.

I know this technically isn’t real cheese,
But, you get the point.
